At Customi3d, we provide clear and comprehensive terms and conditions tailored for your custom projects, ensuring transparency and trust in every transaction.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the products and services provided by Customi3d Ltd ("Customi3d," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Customi3d's products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our products and services.

2. Services Overview

Customi3D provides customised 3D printing service which also includes digital design. Users can upload designs, customise existing models, and place orders for 3D printed products. The services may be subject to change, modification, or discontinuation at Customi3D's sole discretion.

2a. Scope of Work

Customi3D agrees to provide customised 3D printing Services prints and/or digital design services, as detailed in the client proposal provided to you, this is usually within 3-4 business days of receiving all required details, materials, and approvals from you.

2b. Revisions

You are entitled to up to 3 revisions of the customised 3D printing design. Any further revisions beyond this limit will be subject to additional charges.

2c. Project Duration

The customised 3D printing service and/or digital design are individually allocated a timeline based on the requirements, complexity and size of the order. This will be mutually agreed between Customi3D and yourself. If the project extends beyond the mutually agreed timeline due to Client-induced delays, Customi3D reserves the right to either postpone the project to a mutually agreed-upon future date or apply a day rate for each day that the project runs over the original allocated timeline due to the Client's delay. The day rate as determined by Customi3D is set at £100.

2d. Client Responsiveness

You agree to be available to make decisions within a reasonable time frame during the pre-production phase to confirm designs. Delays caused by the Client may impact the project timeline and could result in additional charges or termination of the project from Customi3D.

3. Service Duration

3a. Design and Order Processing

The design and order processing time may vary based on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We aim to process orders promptly, and the estimated time will be communicated during the ordering process.

3b. Production and Printing

The production and printing time will be communicated during the ordering process and depend on factors such as the chosen material, design complexity, and order volume.

4. Fees and Charges

4a. Standard Service Fees

Standard service fees cover the design, processing, production, and shipping costs as outlined during the ordering process.

4b. Expedited Service Fees

Users may opt for expedited services at an additional cost. Expedited fees will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

4c. Modification Fees

Modifications to orders after confirmation may be subject to additional fees. These fees will be communicated to the user before any changes are made.

4d. List of Fees

Depends on the order, but typically fees are as stated below:

• Expedited Processing : 40% of total amount paid

• Order Modification : 20% of total amount paid

• Return Shipping (if applicable) : Will be stated at the return request

5. Payment Terms

The shipping time will vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Customi3D is not responsible for delays or damages during shipping. Any claims for damaged or lost items must be submitted to the shipping carrier.
